HR Professional Randy Louis Retires to a Life in Real Estate
At only 31 years old, Randy Louis is shaping a bigger footprint in the world. After a successful run as a celebrated HR professional, Randy has retired to fulfill his purpose, creating real estate opportunities for his community.
Born and raised in Maryland, Randy Louis is a former Division 1 football athlete who played at Youngstown State University. He graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. With an extra year of football eligibility, he ran the field and scored while attending graduate school at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP).
After graduating from IUP with a Master’s Degree in Employment and Labor Relations in 2012, he began working in the Human Resources department for numerous “game-changer” companies.
Barely four years in, the former athlete’s charm and talent became widely recognized. He was named one of the “30 Under 30” list for Top HR Professionals in the world by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Having such a rare distinction pinned as a badge on his chest, Randy Louis began carrying an international reputation for excellent service. That year, he decided to grow his reputation by diving into real estate and working as a Licensed Realtor in DC/MD/VA.
The experience was eye-opening. Seeing the industry’s potential, Randy once again wrote the last sentence and closed another chapter of his life. He retired.
“Just a month ago, after being promoted to a Senior HR Business Partner, I decided to retire from Corporate America,” he shares.
At only 31 years old, Randy Louis was on his way to fulfill his purpose in life — helping people in his community acquire wealth and pass that down as generational wealth through real estate acquisition. “Unlike traditional real estate consulting firms who tend to focus on those who already acquired real estate, we are focusing on those who haven’t acquired anything,” Randy reveals.
“We are really adamant about uplifting our community. We are planning to educate and work with lower-income people and returning citizens on how they can acquire real estate.”
